I received a disconnect notice. I have never paid a bill late so I looked back and saw that it was paid 2 days after issue. Their website has a record of it matching my credit card record. I called and they have no record and want me to fax my credit card bill to them. I do not have fax capabilities and refuse to pay to fax something to them when I can't even get them to acknowledge my payment. I... Read more

I signed up to receive utilities in order to get a home inspection done on a foreclosed property. The following day I called first choice to close my account. They told me that they had messed up and the account was never started and that there was nothing to close and would not be charged . A month later I received a bill!! I paid my bill on time for a year to make sure I got my 200 deposit refund! I am a single mom who is trying to make ends meet! I called and requested my refund for the deposit and was told it would be mailed out to me in 14 business days, I got a confirmation number and everything. This company is a rip off! Every agent I have spoken with tells me something different. They are very unprofessional and rude! I was hung up on by a so called supervisor and never received a call back.. Even thought they verify your information 3 times before they deal with an issue! This company sucks!! I enrolled, set up an account, emailed my ss card/ id. They said to fax it, but I told them it was 2015 *** off, so I emailed it to their office. They said they got it, but they never turned on my electricity. So called back, and for some reason they set me up with a new account. The company has under gone a computer change to my understanding and the number of calls to correct a payment issue is unexplainable. Trying to locate the correct party to correct/assist in a situation is a challenge from the start.
