I *** hate first choice power. I moved out of my apartment in dallas to a little house about 11 months ago. Since then I added my mother to my account and her address is in the colony tx.

For the past 11 months I have been having to fight with them about that *** apartment. When I moved out I asked for a disconnect like normal, nothing different they said it would be off in 2-5 business days blah blah.

Well 2 months into the new house I got a bill for $137 from the apartment!? I called in they pulled the call and said it was their fault. Credited the account and said it was all taken care of.

Well the bills keep coming and they keep crediting my account it is just sooooo frustrating to call in and explain I have not lived their for 11 months! Almost a year and these idiots are still trying to make me pay for someone elses electric. DO NOT CHOOSE FIRST CHOICE THEY *** SUCK!
