First Choice Power customer erroneously had my power turned off in error
first choice power did a very bad job of checking out the person claiming to live at 12802 South Coast Houston,Texas 77047.My wife and i have lived here for over 44 yrs
.They knew she was a very high credit risk Her power was not on but a few hours or days.
when we returned home on October1,our home was in complete darkness. refrigerator freezer had completely thawed out.I called reliant and they
advised that a first choice customer had my service cancelled..i called Center Point to have service turned on My service was back on before dark.i filed a compliant with first choice. Jason from president office from first choice, has not yet paid me for my food spoilage. my los was estimated as $500.00.miller

Direct Energy is a total *** rip off to. Stay away from both companies.
I was told by someone they need a class action lawsuit filed against them. They went from charging 1.89 to 3.09 within 2 days.
I haven't furnished my apt yet. Remember they are all the same.
