I have had this company for a provider for over 2 years now; And the Customer Service is very poor in dealing with there Customers when I have issues about my bill they talk to you anyway! There is no bound there with the company and the customer.

There billing cycle is redilicious I have a one bedroom apartment and I'm gone during the day for about 10 hours and all is off with my electric! and my bill has been over $220.00 for the past year in a half and when ask them to explain it there is no answer for that!

I'm so feed up with these company and will depart from them soon! please run when you see First Choice and Power if not you will scream!
